Paula Gatlin has been a realtor for many years, she works hard and makes the buying and selling process very easy.  We first met Paula 17 years ago when we bought our house.  She was awesome and stayed in contact with us during the entire buying process.  Every year since then she has kept in touch every year.

17 years later when we decided to sell our house, I had Paula’s contact information and set up a time to meet her at our home.  She discussed the entire process. Her marketing and pictures of our home were amazing. The first weekend Paula showed our house, it was sold! I contribute this to Paula’s knowledge about real estate and the real estate market.  She has many contacts in real estate and she is so educated on everything we needed to know about selling our home.  I highly recommend Paula Gatlin on selling your home or buying a home, she is amazing!!!

It was a pleasure working with Paula. We had many questions selling an unusual property from an Estate. She gave us advice and resources to maintain and get the property ready for sale. We made some difficult decisions and  she kept us moving forward while keeping everyone informed. I highly recommend Paula and want to thank her for getting us through this journey. Thank You for everything. Kitti Schreiber 1/20/23

Paula has been great to work with. She was on top of everything and helped us out a lot. When we had questions she got them answered. She was very helpful in recommending a landscaper and others. It was a Joy to work with her.
